Dear Ms. Brown, Thank you for acknowledging receipt of letters, with our questionnaire ,sent to President Peevey and members of the California Public utilities Commission from the Renewable Energy Accountability Project.(REAP)
We very much appreciate your kind offer to have a phone conversation.
However, at this point since almost 90 days have passed without a written response- we would prefer a written response from the Commission as soon as possible.

Thank you for your kind assistance,
Jim Gonzalez

Dear Ms. Brown,
We are hoping to receive a courteous and comprehensive written response, including answers to our questionnaire, from the California Public Utilities Commission. We have been informed that Mr. Peevey’s staff, and the Commission, have Energy Advisors that are very capable of drafting a response, for him, to our letter and questionnaire. Although I would be most pleased to have a phone conversation with you, the proper time for that conversation would be upon receiving a written response- Please understand, that on behalf of our members and volunteers, we cannot accept a phone conversation as the appropriate response to our citizens’ inquiry and request for a written response.

Thank you for your kind assistance,
Jim Gonzalez
